@ Jill - that sounds really good! I don&#039;t think we get collard greens from our CSA, but that would&#039;ve been a good way to cook the giant cabbage we had.</description>

He sauted them with onions, garlic and some diced tomatoes (from a can - we didn&#039;t have any fresh ones) and then topped it with cheddar cheese. Delish! The recipe was from a cookbook, but you certainly don&#039;t need a recipe to make it.</description>
