C., the FoodieTots chef, has worked as a chef’s assistant and, in addition to her day job, currently serves as chef de cuisine for a hungry and growing toddler. The FoodieTot family spends nearly every Saturday at their local farmers’ market, belongs to a CSA farm, and enjoys visiting the many wonderful family farms in the Chesapeake region. They are passionate about eating fresh, local and organic, and hope to share experiences that will inspire others to explore the wonderful variety of farm-fresh ingredients.
