I had a lingering bunch of chive blossoms to use up this past weekend, so they went in our first “One Local Summer” Sunday brunch (more on that later).
Recipe: Chive Blossom Baked Eggs
Ingredients
3-4 chive blossoms, individual flowers plucked from stem
4 eggs
1 c milk
2 sausage links (used Sweet Virginia sausage)
1/2 c cheese (used mozzarella)
salt + pepper
